Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Outlanders consumer platform, including trip planning, destination discovery, saved itineraries, AI-assisted travel guidance, and booking-related interactions.

Using the platform
- By using Outlanders, you agree to use the platform lawfully and not interfere with accounts, services, suppliers, bookings, maps, or platform stability.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including account details, trip inputs, and booking-related information.
- We may update or refine product features over time. Some parts of the platform are still evolving, and not every travel surface is a legally binding booking offer.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate access where accounts are misused, fraudulent, abusive, or materially inconsistent with platform rules.
Trips, recommendations, and AI assistance
- Trip suggestions, route ideas, destination summaries, and AI-assisted planning are informational tools and should be reviewed by you before relying on them for travel decisions.
- Maps, place details, images, weather, and availability can change, and third-party data may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.
- You should independently verify high-stakes travel information such as visas, closures, entry rules, safety requirements, opening hours, and booking conditions.
Bookings and supplier content
- Supplier listings, prices, schedules, and cancellation conditions may be managed by suppliers or third-party systems and can change without notice.
- Outlanders may moderate, review, feature, suppress, or remove destination or supplier content where quality, accuracy, safety, or policy concerns exist.
- Traveler payments may be processed through Razorpay or another approved payment provider. Outlanders may record platform commission, supplier payable amounts, payment status, refunds, disputes, and payout review status for each booking.
- Supplier payout may happen after the activity is completed and after any configured review, cancellation, refund, or dispute window. Until an automated marketplace payout product is enabled, supplier payout may be processed manually by Outlanders.
- Any specific refund, cancellation, payout, or rescheduling terms may depend on the supplier, booking channel, payment provider, and payment flow involved.
Liability and availability
- Outlanders is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect data accuracy, or complete freedom from bugs, delays, or third-party issues.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Outlanders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, travel decisions, or third-party supplier services.
